Beautiful villa for short-term rentals: Wi-Fi, private pool with sunbathing area, amazing views of Lake Bracciano, surrounded by green nature, 800 meters from the shores of Lake Bracciano, sailing clubs, bars and restaurants just minutes away , 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large double living room, linens, private parking. Indoor and outdoor dining area for 8-10 persons, hobby room with Kettler table tennis table.
Villa La Quercia is located on the Silence Hill, a few meters from the Regional Natural Park of Bracciano - Martignano http: // www. parcobracciano. en / 16 / presentation. Html, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, enjoys a lovely view over Lake Bracciano whose sunsets are wonderful. Recently constructed has been designed with natural stone and panoramic windows overlooking the lake; Is located in a fully-reclined park within which there is a vineyard property. In the two terraces with chairs and sofas you enjoy the sun and the view. Dinners and dinners will be immersed in the green and accompanied by the sounds of nature and its fragrances.
The salty water pool is very low in chlorine thanks to salt electrolysis. Around the pool you will find lava stone, a 12 meter shaded shaded area where you can read a book or admire the panorama. Adjacent to the pool you will find a comfortable changing room where you can change or take an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is equipped with counter-current swimming which allows drainage massage. It also allows, as its name suggests, to swim "surplace" if you want to practice swimming on a sports level; 6 sun loungers, a sofa, 2 armchairs, 12 outdoor seating and a huge sack are available to sunbathe, an aperitif with a view or relax in front of a unique panorama.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and accommodate up to 10 people, one of which can sleep in the openspace studio. All beds have new generation orthopedic mattresses.

Even after our long journey and very late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Matteo and Nadia.The house is wonderfully beautiful, and Rome, located just 40 km away, can easily be reached with a rental car.The many tips from our hosts were very helpful, and the house’s amenities left nothing to be desired.Thanks to Marianna, the house was always spotless – thank you to you as well!We would gladly come back.

Nadia and Matteo were excellent hosts dedicating time and attention to our stay. The villa is superb and bigger than expected both in sleeping accommodation and land to roam on. The pool is a major plus, at nearly 11 metres its huge presenting opportunity for fun, games and cooling off. The view is excellent while the local towns provide all that is needed. Swimming in Lake Bracciane is sublime and such a memorable experience. A car is a must to get around. We definitely would like to return in the future.

Villa La Quercia is even better in reality than it appears in the pictures. From the very friendly welcome on arrival until the day we left, we found the villa to be completely perfect. Everything inside and outside the villa are of the highest standard, is immaculately clean, and very well equipped. The very large pool and huge, beautifully maintained, gardens are perfect for relaxation, and the view over Lake Bracciano is unforgettable. The villa is a credit to the owners, and is the most impressive rental property we have ever stayed in. We would happily return in future if the opportunity arises. Thank you, Nadia and Matteo.

As much as I’ve traveled around the globe, it’s not often that my expectations are met, never mind surpassed, but Nadia and her family’s home was the exception. The posting doesn’t begin to do it justice. I’ve never felt so at home in a property. The house was an architectural marvel yet cozy and spacious. The landscape and the views were breathtaking and will be sorely missed. Not enough adjectives to describe how welcomed and comfortable everyone felt. The location was perfect for a quick trip to Rome by train (but you should have a car) or a quiet dinner along the lake in Trevignano. The house had everything you could need and then some. If you want the perfect place to stay near Rome, this is it. Can’t thank Nadia enough! Hope to return some day soon. Ciao!
