Second time we have visited this property and as before we had a great stay in a flat that is in a great location. I am sure we will be back next year if not before.

Wonderful area to visit. Extremely relaxing and cultured with friendly people. Lovely apartment in great location overlooking the harbour with a nice 20’ level walk along the prom to Cabourg. Came last year and will definitely come again. Recommended.

We arrived at the apartment later than planned due a delay in the departure of our channel tunnel crossing. We had difficulty communicating with the local agent as they don't speak English. We eventually gained access to the apartment at 8 pm. The apartment is excellent with one exception: Despite being able to accommodate 6 people it has only one rather small dingy toilet with a badly stained. toilet bowl. The door handle of the toilet is loose and in danger of falling off. Also, the excellent terrace is in need of a good clean. Shortly after arriving we discovered there was no toilet paper ! The following day when we attempted to do some washing up we discovered there was no washing up liquid or tea towels which we've never experienced in many years of renting holiday apartments. Finally, the description of the property on the VRBO site is confusing in it's description of the number bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets. This should be corrected.

The property and location are outstanding. Plenty of local places to eat, the harvour and beach are just lovely, as is the local town of Cabourg. Communication with owner prior to our visit was excellent. Could not fault our stay, a great visit.
