The main room with sea view (30 m²) is embellished with a large picture window opening onto a 10 m² terrace facing the sea and fitted with outdoor furniture. This beautiful apartment has been equipped with the aim of creating a comfortable, friendly and functional whole.
Sitting on the terrace along the whole apartment, at the dining table or on the raised seats of the kitchen bar, the sea view will allow you to contemplate the spectacle of the tide.
Good quality bedding, furniture as well as recent WIFI internet and video equipment will give you an appreciable level of comfort. A private outdoor parking space adds functionality to this ideal apartment for families with children.
There is only one very light traffic street to cross to find yourself on the beach at the foot of the famous Marcel PROUST promenade in Cabourg.
A cabin bedroom with two bunk beds is separated from the main bedroom (sea view with French window) by a glass brick wall. Children can thus benefit from their space, bathed in natural light. Blackout curtains can cut any passage of light between these two rooms. emplacement idéal près de la plage pour de jeunes enfants- appartement très fonctionnel et lumineux.

Logement propre et fonctionnel, tout y est. En 2e ligne par rapport à la plage, (ça vaut mieux, la mer est bruyante) avec de petites vues directes sur la plage, 2 restaurants à proximité, le centre à 10 minutes de marche sur la promenade Marcel Proust.
Bonne literie.

Appartement parfait par sa situation, sa disposition, ses équipements, sa décoration. Bravo au propriétaire Régis. Parking pratique. Peu bruyant (mais début septembre il n'y en avait que 3 dont nous à notre étage...). Propreté des sols de la SdeB (surtout) à revoir, et dans le coin cuisine. Matériel de cuisine pas trop propre ! rideaux méritant un lavage. Concierge peu réactif lors de l'alarme incendie d'un voisin absent (et peu aimable). Inadmissible qu'il ne puisse pas être contacté rapidement (lui ou un autre proche).

La location est conforme au descriptif . Par compte , j'ai été très déçue du ménage, j'ai d'ailleurs pris des photos que je vais faire parvenir au propriétaire .
