About this house rental
All the amenities of home on a quiet street just blocks from boating, beach, swimming, and Royal Gorge trails and two miles from Sugar Bowl. Updated kitchen and bathrooms give this home a warm, clean, and cozy feel with ample space for multiple families to spread out among bedrooms on all three floors, a rec room with ping pong table, and a bonus kitchen/dining room on the first floor. Linens, paper products, shampoo, ample cookware, and many other ammenities included.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for our two families, too. The location in the Serene Lakes community was great with an easy walk down to the lake. The owner, Josh, was quick to respond to any questions I had which was really a plus. This is an ideal property for a large family. There was plenty of room to cook, dine, play and sleep. The kitchen had quality utensils. While we brought our own sled and snowshoes, the hosts generously made their snowshoes available to guests. You can tell this house is well loved and cared for.

Nice house that met the needs of our party of six. Good communication with Josh and Julie. The only thing that needs attention is the kitchen range. The electronic ignition is very quirky. We needed to use a lighter because, at various times, either the wrong burner was sparking, the burner wouldn't stop sparking, or it wouldn't spark at all.
