the property was very spacious and lovely. The hosts were great and allowed us to check-in late. the bed was comfortable and had all we needed

The appartment was just as expected. The train station, Villa Claudia, was just up the road about 500 meters. It was a very quiet area especially at night time. You cannot give a bad review when everything was just as expected.
Possibly the shower could be upgraded, but it worked ok

"Spacious, bright, tastefully decorated, excellent central heating (it was fresh in the autumn evenings), quiet, easy parking, near the coast (but you do need a car probably)."
