Struttura tranquilla e ben distribuita abbisognevole di alcune migliorie
Infissi e interni alquanto datati.

The proximity to the beach was excellent. Also, an easily walkable distance to bars, restaurants, shops, and the weekly market. Air conditioner units in both bedrooms (although the one in the master was not working, so we asked the host to organize for it to be fixed or replaced during our stay. Fortunately, three days into our eight night stay, it was replaced with a new one). Roberta was always available to communicate with.
The property seemed very dated to us with furniture, bed linens, and general interior design (uneven paint jobs, skirting board coming away in places, cracking of paint and plaster coming down the stairs). The bathroom mirror fixture was dated and damaged from age and probably dampness in the bathroom from lack of bathroom fan. Towel holder was rusted and damaged. The upstairs bath/showerhead central configuration was awkward particularly because the shower curtain was not wide enough. This led to water coming out onto the tiled floor on either side when taking a shower. If the shower had been placed at either end of the bath, the single shower curtain would have probably contained the water. Also, (a problem I fixed) the shower curtain was placed at a height where the extra length was accumulating under our feet and presenting a trip hazard while in the shower. Fortunately, I was able to unscrew the tension rod and raise the height of the curtain. Very early on I. Our stay when I came across these things, I messaged our host and she thanked me for the information and that she would take care of those things in the future. In the children’s bedroom, I doubt anyone more than kids (ours were 15 and 11 years old) could sleep in the bunk bed. It was quite low, metal, and I found a screw that came loose, probably from my 11 year old son using the steps to get up to the upper bed). No drawer unit in smaller room to put clothes. There was a small children’s craft table and chair. No mosquito screens on the windows which meant that even when the weather miraculously cooled enough in the evenings (unusual for normal July weather), we could not open the windows to let the air in (also probably leading to dampness in bathroom upstairs). The washing machine was tricky— the instructions from the host were to place the drain pipe in the nearby hand basin. She stated that would be enough, after I asked if there was some sort of string to tie it in place.
