About this villa rental
Villa Messi is a beautiful villa, elegantly furnished and decorated. Each bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The dining room accommodates 10 at mealtimes. There is also a second sitting room, small gym & 2 kitchen area. The external kitchen area opens into a terrace seating up to 40 people. Its features an oven, BBQ and bar. The swimming pool 9x5 with baby pool is situated on the backyard of the villa, surrounded by pines and cypress and olive tree. Your intimity is granted.
The olive tree-ringed garden its always painstakingly well maintained and contains the swimming-pool and a gazebo with table accommodation for 9, and a sheltered stone alfresco eating area, suitable for 8 people to take aperitifs.
There is parking space for 3 cars.
Owner can prepare a typycal dinner for guests at a very reasonable price, but you can prepare your meals at the half covered terrace equipped with table for 10, gas cooker, barbecue, fridge and owen for pizza and enjoy the calm night of Casalini with a splendid view on Tresa valley.

Fantastic villa and location could do with some more plug sockets in the kitchen but that’s a very minor problem if was great especially the BBQ area

Lovely holiday house! Perfect place for exploring Tia. We really enjoyed the outside kitchen with the bbq and wood fired oven. The pool was a great space which the kids really enjoyed playing in. AC was a bonus too!

Our family is always looking for a Villa with swimming pool where we can gather during our holiday. What a great place Villa Messi is, and what great host Dante and Messi is. Good advice and help regarding everything from wine tasting to car rentals. We really recommend this Villa, and the add really gives a fair representation of the place.

We spend 2 weeks at Villa Messi in Casalini, Umbria. From 4/8/2018 untill 18/8/2018 and really had a wonderfull time. The house is really a home with everything you need, pool, terraces, outside kitchen(plus Pizzaoven, soo much fun!!!), spacious rooms, 3 kitchens including dishwashers, lovely surroundiings and more... I can keep going on, but youll just have to find out for yourself, believe me its worth it.Also Messi and Dante are great hosts, they are always there if you need them and have great tips for places and events in the area that you can visit.There is no doubt in my mind that we will be returning here in the future.
