About this chalet rental
Large family chalet, ideally located on the Serre-Chevalier estate, at the foot of the Vauban ramparts of Briançon (Unesco World Heritage),
Facing south, it enjoys an exceptional 180 ° view of the collegiate church, the mountains and the valley.
A large games room for relaxation is located on the top floor (80cm flat screen, BlueRay player, ping-pong table, board games). Well equipped (2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom 3wc), fully equipped kitchen (5-burner gas cooker, 2 electric ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue machine) with adjoining dining room, living room with fireplace; The bedrooms are bright, large and comfortable (new bedding, large closets). To enjoy the view, a large balcony on the 1st floor awaits you.
On the ground floor, a large ski / mountain room allows you to store your belongings and a sauna for two people has been installed so that you can relax after a sporting day.
The garden is enclosed and in summer and spring you can have lunch outside under the cherry tree or in the sun.
The Serre Chevalier ski resort with the Prorel Briancon cable car (ESF, ski passes) is 3 minutes away by car; a bus passing 50 meters away can also take you there.
Briançon offers a large number of activities: aquatic center, cinemas, theater, library, restaurants and casino are 5 minutes from the chalet.
The ramparts of Vauban, the picturesque alleys, the tourist office and the first shops are 2 minutes away on foot.
You have the possibility of going for walks or climbing from the Chalet, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing in the Serre Chevalier area at 1 km, ski touring, or snowshoeing in the mythical valley of the Clarée 5 kms away or in the Ecrins Natural Park. The resort of Montgenevre with its golf course in summer, is 10 km away (15 minutes by car or bus).

Zeer ruim huis voor een groep van 15 personen. De locatie is prachtig, tegen de oude vesting aan en vlakbij een heerlijke bakker. Wij gebruikte de auto om naar de skilift te gaan, de bus ging niet vroeg genoeg. De badkamers zijn oud en de bedden niet allemaal perfect. De keuken is prima uitgerust met een ruime oven en groot fornuis en voldoende serviesgoed .

Très grand chalet, idéalement situé près de la vielle ville de Briançon. Idéal pour séjourné avec de grand groupe. On n’a jamais eu l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres. Les propriétaires sont super réactif à toutes les questions posées . L’équipement du chalet est conforme à l’annonce. A l’arrivée , on est super bien accueilli par une personne chargée de la remise des clés qui prend bien le temps d’expliquer clairement l’ensemble du chalet. En résumé , nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet qui a satisfait l’ensemble de notre groupe. Un tout grand merci aux propriétaires.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce chalet aux dimensions familiale (grande salle à manger, une quinzaine de lit et tout le nécessaire équipement bébé). Les trois points forts qui nous ont plu : la vue imprenable sur la vallée de Serre Chevalier, le beau jardin où les enfants ont pu jouer tous les après-midi et le sauna au rez-de-chaussée!
