Cosy cottage in country side setting 2/3 miles from the sandy beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way for swimming and long relaxing walks. The nearby (10 minutes) seaside town of Ballybunion has lots to offer, bars, restaurants, two championship golf courses, swimming pool and health center. Central location for day trips to Killarney, Dingle, Ring of Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Cliffs of Moher via Tarbert ferry. Shannon Airpoprt is one hour, thirty minutes away and Kerry airport is one hour away.
The house has a spacious well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dish washer, fridge and dining table. The utility has a washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board. The lounge has two sofas, oak coffee table, flat screen TV and log stove. The toilet has both a bath and shower, shaving light and socket. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin.
Outside has secure yard with garden furniture, flower bed/rockery and ample parking.

Het huis was netjes en erg schoon. Ruime kamers met frisse en gezellige dekbedovertrekken, keurige ruime badkamer, en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Jammer dat we de kachel niet mochten gebruiken. Verder een heel fijn verblijf gehad.
