Before we arrived, the host sent really clear directions, so finding the place should be easy. He also lent us an adaptor for our chargers, which was honestly a lifesaver.
The place itself felt really nice from the start : warm, clean, and it smelled good too. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a little fridge and even two bottles of water waiting for us when we got there, which was a nice touch. We also loved having a TV to just chill and watch something after a long day at the national park.
There was tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and all the basic utensils, which made everything easy. The bed was comfy, the shower was big, and overall it was really quiet, we slept super well.
There’s also a small shelf outside the rooms with books, sudoku, and little games you can borrow, which we thought was really cute.
The outdoor kitchen is well equipped, we tried the Ninja Woodfire thing and it turned out great. You can also buy drinks/alcohol there, which is a nice option and also park your bike there.
Location-wise, it's close to the national park and about a 20-minute walk to the city center. There are also tons of flyers and a binder in the room with maps and recommendations. You can rent bikes like 5 minutes away, and there’s a small supermarket at a nearby gas station.
Overall, we just had a really easy, comfortable stay and would definitely come back 😊
The only tiny thing would be maybe adding a small bin in the room (outside the bathroom), but really that’s just a detail.

Huge room and huge bathroom. Very comfy bed. And shower was fantastic. William is an excellent host.

The location was just outside the center of the city but was within walking distance to everything. The property is located in a secure gated community which was quite lovely with very nice gardens. William, our host also gave us phenomenal sightseeing advice which greatly enhanced the enjoyment of our visit. His advice on visiting the nearby "Ring of Kerry" was really great and we had a fabulous time as a result. I should add that the parking at this property is really good and there is a central cafe available where I was able to purchase a nice variety of cold beverages and get ice. We would definitely stay at the A Priori Guest House again.
