Die Studios befinden sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Zum herrlichen Sandstrand sind es max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und die Dorfmitte mit tollen Tavernen erreicht man nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein großer Privatparkplatz schließt sich direkt an das Gebäude an. Die Studios sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küchenzeile bietet die Möglichkeit sich selbst zu verpflegen. Sollte etwas fehlen, einfach mit den Eigentümern Michael und Giota sprechen, es wird umgehend gebracht. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir die Klimaanlage nur einmal benötigt, meist reicht es mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel war jederzeit möglich. Der Ausblick auf das Meer, der Sonnenuntergang und das Wellenrauschen sind einfach traumhaft. Sollte es zu windig sein, gibt es hinter dem Haus noch Sitzmöglichkeiten. Michael und Giota sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht sind. Bei unserer Ankunft und Abreise haben wir zusammen griechischen Kaffee getrunken. Michael hat uns fast täglich mit frischen Früchten aus seinem Bio-Garten wie z.B. Kaktusfeigen, Feigen, Rispentomaten, Portulak,...versorgt. Bei der Abreise bekamen wir noch eigenen Tee, Aloe Vera Pflanzen, Chillis, Gebäck und Meersalz von Karpathos für Zuhause mit. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes rundum wohl gefühlt und sind selten mit soviel Wehmut wieder abgereist. Vielen Dank Michael und Giota für die wundervolle Zeit, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gli alloggi di Sunset Suite ‘Annada sono situati in un'ottima posizione strategica per esplorare l'isola (se avete l’auto c’è un comodo parcheggio privato disponibile), la spiaggia più vicina è situata a circa 200 metri e il paese, con le sue taverne e market è facilmente raggiungibile anche con una breve passeggiata.
Gli appartamenti sono belli, funzionali e con uno stile molto particolare e caratteristico. Sono sicuramente consigliati a chi cerca pace, tranquillità e ama la brezza marina e il rumore delle onde.
Il nostro era molto spazioso, dotato di due comodi letti matrimoniali, con ventole al soffitto e aria condizionata. Ogni appartamento, inoltre, ha un proprio spazio esterno dove al mattino si può fare colazione allietati dal profumo dei fiori del Frangipane e alla sera si può assistere ad un meraviglioso tramonto sul mare.
La struttura è a conduzione familiare e i proprietari, Giota e Mike, sono da elogiare per la loro eccezionale ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilità a fornire consigli utili sulle migliori spiagge e taverne. Ci tengono tantissimo ai loro ospiti, ci hanno offerto i vari prodotti del loro orto e consentito anche un check-out posticipato alle 18:00, permettendoci, così, di sfruttare al meglio l’ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno.

La scelta di soggiornare qui è stata perfetta per vivere Karpathos in modo autentico.
La posizione, ad Arkasa, è comoda, con ristoranti, locali e supermercati vicini raggiungibili anche a piedi. La vista è veramente mozzafiato e regala ogni sera un tramonto indimenticabile.
La stanza era ancora più bella delle foto e all’arrivo si viene accolti dal profumo dei frangipani nel giardino.
C’è anche un comodo parcheggio per le auto.
I proprietari Giota e Michael sono gentili e calorosi, molto presenti e pronti a consigliare spiagge e taverne.

Η Αρκάσα είναι ιδανικό σημείο στο νησί για διαμονή. Το δωμάτιο μας είχε θέα στην θάλασσα και ήταν και αρκετά ευρύχωρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι φιλόξενοι και μας πρόσφεραν καθημερινά ντοματίνια από το μποστάνι τους.
