The location is amazing. Right on the beach. The accommodation was very good. AC excellent & clean & comfortable.

Spela House is located just in front of the beach although the view from the ground floor is totally blocked by the restaurant while the view to the sea from the first floor is satisfactory. The size of the maisonette and its facilities (two bathrooms, kitchenette, balcony e.tc.) are excellent and more than adequate for two people. The beach umbrella and sun beds provided, very convenient as we stayed there during a very busy time.
Poor housekeeping: The studio was not cleaned in the two days we stayed there nor were the garbage picked.
The mattress was hardly acceptable. We couldn't have spent a third night on it.
The landlord will do only what she is obliged to do to keep you satisfied. (We asked if we could leave later on Sunday but she said we would be charged a full night for it . So we changed our plans, booked that night too only to find out that the "hotel" was empty after midday Sunday.... We also asked if we could have a look at the gym but she refused to show it to us).
