About this house rental
The house is 100 sq.m. and is located on a plot of 3.5 acres a few kilometers outside of Vasiliko Evia in Central - South Evia. It has a pool of about 35 m2 and a large garden. Easy access because it is located on the main street of Chalkis Aliveri. It has 2 rooms, a bathroom and a W.C. with shower, kitchen and living room, fireplace. One room is located on the first floor with W.C. and a large terrace while the other rooms on the ground floor

Points positifs :
- proche de la mer
- logement bien entretenu
- renouvellement des serviettes et draps tous les 5j
- contact régulier avec le propriétaire
- piscine de profondeur env. 1,20m ( parfait pour jouer aux raquettes ou ballon)
- climatisation efficace dans salon et 1 chambre
- literie correcte serait parfaite avec un sur-matelas
Points négatifs :
- environnement très bruyant de jour comme de nuit ( usine avec passage de camions, klaxons, chiens qui aboient, route devant la maison très passagère)
- pas de four ni micro-ondes
- pas de lave linge
- pas de salon de jardin, 1 Transat à notre arrivée.
