It was my second time staying at this apartment. Extremely clean and cozy placa. You can find everything you need.
We found the mattress firm and comfortable, clean bedding.
You can regulate the temperature if needed, open the windows or the balcony door. Big TV, washing machine, even the robes and slippers. All this made our stay just perfect

The biggest problem with this place is that the address listed on Booking.com does not take you to the property. The address given is Savanorių prospektas 1-38, Naujamiestis, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania. The problem is that the number 38 is the apartment number. The link sent to me by Booking.com took me to Savanorių prospektas 138, which is nowhere near the property. The actual building address is Savanorių prospektas 1. If you enter this, it takes you to the property. But once you get there, it's hard to figure out how to get into the property. I phoned the owner, but language was a barrier. Once we found and got into the place, our stay was fine. But the owner's refusal to change the listing address is frustrating and unacceptable.
Another issue we had was with the HVAC system. We arrived in Vilnius in late April, and it was very warm. The unit has two wall-mounted AC units. We could not find the remotes for them and could not control them, so we contacted the property owner. They said that the building management controlled the AC, and it was not turned on because it was not cooling season. We asked other residents in the building, and they said this was nonsense. We paid a lot to rent this apartment, and don't like being lied to.
And finally, in one place, they tell you that there is free parking, and in another place they say they charge 10 Euros a day. The parking doesn't cost the owner anything extra, and it should be included in the cost of the rental.
