A delightful fully equipped "Home Away From Home" self-contained Garden Annex
Situated on the edge of the market town of Chippenham. Good bus and rail connections.
Private sitting room, fitted doube bedroom, en-suite modern shower room and fitted kitchen. All self-contained with your own key.
Lovely garden/patio to sit in.
Private off road parking, central heating, free Wi-Fi. Welcome Breakfast package included.
This breakfast package consists of bread, butter, milk, cereals, sugar, tea and coffee. This package is for my guests to help themselves to at their convenience. I do not cook a breakfast. This “welcome” breakfast package helps guests travelling from a long distance.
NO PETS
Just 5 mile from the National Trust Village of Lacock. The lovely city of Bath easily easily accessible by train.
I can take guests washing to launder in my machine and dry but there is an outdoor line for hanging washing.
There is NOT a barbecue despite saying there is.

Perfect rental. Clean, comfortable and convenient to town and local attractions. The host checked in frequently to ensure our stay was meeting expectations (exceeded) and inquire if we needed anything. Overall a great experience.

Clean, bright small apartment. While laundry facilities advertised, washer & dryer located in owners home. Owner offered to do our laundry, but it was awkward & less than ideal.Patio grill advertised, but not functional & had apparently not been used for years.Kitchen small; one person only could maneuver in the space.Owner minimally welcoming/ engaging and unfamiliar with local scene, restaurants, sights.
