About this villa rental
A Villa of 400 sqm with three wings. Each wing is a 3 bedroom apartment with sizes 147,128 and 116sqm. Can be rented in its entirety for a large family or group of friends. It is located in a quiet part of Cavtat on a cliff overlooking the expanse of the open Adriatic. Air-conditioning/underfloor heating. It has an infinity pool and a large terrace suitable for relaxation and enjoying the views of the sea and the mountains behind. There are convenience stores nearby (150m). 10 minutes walk to promenade and beach of Cavtat. Can be rented out whole or by the individual units. Furnished with modern equipment.

Contains separate living room with terrace.
Kitchen with all appliances available.
Bedroom 1 (double bed) with en-suite shower room;

1st and 2nd floor Maisonettes.
Each apartment has the following:
Living room (open-plan) opening on to a balcony. Kitchen with all appliances available. The sleeping areas are in the attic.

Bedroom 3 (twin beds);
Separate Main bathroom;
Separate guest toilet
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels and linen are included (changed once across a week)

Great villa with lots of space (there were 14 of us, 3 generations, across the 3 apartments and we had room so spare). The location of the villa was good, within easy reach of Cavtat, which is beautiful. The walk back up the hill is very steep so we tended to use a car or taxis. Vedran was very helpful and responded to issues quickly. He also recommended some great restaurants (Ludo More was lovely!).
The villa itself was quite well equipped and very clean but needs a little care and attention in places. The fridge in the downstairs apartment needs replacing and the dishwasher was faulty. There was also a broken wooden overhead beam on the BBQ area which looked dangerous. We were assured it was safe but nobody dared sit under it! Probably better to either repair or remove it. As other reviewers have mentioned, it would be good to have some more shade, particularly on on the downstairs veranda where we ate our meals. Despite these fairly minor niggles, it's a great villa and I would certainly recommend it for large groups.

The villa is more beautiful than the pictures. Vedran ( property manager) met us with many suggestions for our stay, plus when we wanted a vineyard tour and nice lunch he was very helpful in setting it up. Cavtat is pretty much an ideal location. It is stunning in its own right and ideally situated. We went to Dubrovnik once by ferry and once by suburban bus. Restaurants were a short walk and pretty darn good. Kotor , Montenegro was about 90 min away and definitely worth the trip. We also went to Ston and Mali Ston. The villa itself was a great place to party. Breakfast on the terrace is something I hope I never forget!

We were a family of 14 adults and a toddler .The villa was fantastic with wounderful views .The housekeeper Bozo was very helpful and friendly .He took us close to Dubrovnic for a big shop and also took the baby and his parents to the hospital when he was ill.He also arranged taxi s for us where ever we wanted to go and day trips .The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful every day she cleaned away the empty bottles and rubbish so we didnt need to worry about that
