Our host Sandrine was wonderful and the apartment was all we hoped for, well-stocked and updated, with great views and a heavenly covered terrace including a big swing chair you will want to sleep in, after admiring the alps from there.We were confused about a couple of thIngs and she accommodated us.This was one of the best VRBO stays I have ever experienced. If we could afford it I would return for a month.Also, ask her about two excellent restaurant recommendations near the quiet south end of Lake Annecy, away from the tourist chaos to the north, and the bakery half a mile north. A Carrefour is walking distance to the south.If I had a few million to burn I would offer to buy this unit. We don't, but can dream.

Lovely apartment a short distance from Annecy but close enough to travel in. Quiet neighbourhood and well equipped apartment to suit our needs.
Lots of wonderful places to visit on the doorstep.

We are a family of 5 and we stayed 2 weeks in Sevrier. We really appreciated the beds which were fitted with new mattresses. Even though the kitchen is fairly small, it is equipped with the basics in great condition, which is a plus. Only prep place is missing. We haven't met the owner in person but she never failed to email or call back whenever we wanted to reach her. She was very attentive to our needs. The apartment is overall very pleasant, clean and comfortable, but there are actually two bedrooms, as you enter through the "third bedroom" which is in fact the entryway. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible from Annecy, and within walking distance to a delicious bakery (Chevallier) and grocery store (Carrefour Market). We would definitely recommend this rental for a family.
