Le propriétaire vous accueille avec un véritable sourire et explique l'emplacement, les activités du coin puis vient la visite de l'appartement. Très cosy et confortable tous les équipements sont présents. Et la belle vue sur le jardin et sa rivière est tellement reposant. Je conseille fortement cet endroit pour se ressourcer et se reposer

Tout a été simple, de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ. Nous apprécions toujours la discrétion de nos hôtes (ce fut le cas) tout en sachant leur présence rassurante en cas de problème. Bel appartement neuf, moderne. Excellente literie. Quartier calme. Parking assuré. Aucun reproche!

Lovely apartment in St Jorioz, upstairs but easy to manage, has everything you need and more. Host was very friendly and helpful and met me on site with keys. It is reasonable walk to the lake front in St Jorioz but very pleasant. Public transport to Annecy is a short walk from property as are several restaurants and the local supermarket.
