Super cute room! Just be prepared to climb stairs but she was super nice and came down to help me with my bag. The property was located where you could walk everywhere, a little noisy on the weekend to keep the window opened but closing it shutout any noise. The bed was very comfortable and was a roomy room. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

We loved our stay at this apartment for six nights in May, 2026. We had a double-room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, well-equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and (crucially) an airconditioner. Francesca was lovely to deal with and was very responsive to our requests. Her little touches, like leaving fresh strawberries, make all the difference.
The apartment is ideally located, away from the main tourist haunts (and the inevitable noise this brings with it), but nonetheless in an excellent location within the old city. It’s also within very easy reach of “Il Campo” parking lot, which meant we didn’t need to lug our suitcases across the whole town when arriving and leaving.
Highly recommended!
The apartment is located on the second floor of an old palazzo - this means it’s served by several flights of stairs, and there’s no lift. This wasn’t a deal-breaker for us, but it’s almost certainly not suited for those with mobility limitations.

10/10 location. Very chill and great taste in decor. The service was also amazing.
The only thing I missed was a full size mirror.
