We liked the breakfasts (especially lolly pops handed out to the children). We liked the roof terrace with the incredible views over Tuscan countryside.
We liked how close it was to Piazza il Campo and il Duomo but still far enough away to have a parking space. Perfecto!

Location was good for walking into the city. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. The staff were trying hard to please everyone.
The rooms were a bit cramped and there was lingering smell from humidity in the walls. Some charges were levied without an explanation. The parting situation is a bit precarious, but the staff offered to help in every case.

Nice location a bit away from the hustle and bustle, whilst still being only a short walk to the main square/main shopping street. Amazing view from the top floor terrace! Pleasant, helpful staff. Decent shower. Free minibar (though it only contained bottled water)
Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming. Room was a good size but the bed wasn’t very comfortable: the bottom sheet was too small to tuck in so it rucked and wrinkled every time you moved. Also the a/c wasn’t yet operational (April) so it was too warm at night. Tea/coffee making facilities included but the milk powder wasn’t replaced once used.
