About this apartment rental
Recently updated and Fully Furnished 2 story 2 BD/1.5 BA Town home that is located walking distance to the Del Mar Race Track. Condo Community has a pool and a kids wading pool. It is a short 5 min walk to the Del Mar Racetrack, an easy 2 block walk to the Fish Market restaurant, and a 10 minute or 1 mile walk to Del Mar Beach, 42 inch flat screen downstairs with cable/dvd. Ceiling fans in every room. Portable Air conditioning units in both bedrooms upstairs. Owners can make some great local recommendations if you like. Hope you enjoy our San Diego place like we did!

We felt at home in an area that has become familiar to us. The unit is well furnished, plenty of windows to let in the sunshine, and affords easy access to beach, expressway, and Highway 101. It could use an updated tv. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped. We have been traveling to the area for the summer for many years. Loved to the convenience to work. We would love to return in the future.

The property is excellent however the ad did not disclose that there wasn't a washer in dryer in the unit. The owner didn't tell me until I arrived that is was in a separate building and you had to pay for it. The property also doesn't have base board heat rather 2 space heaters for the entire unit. Should have been in the ad
