About this apartment rental
This recently remodeled unit is the perfect Solana Beach getaway in the highly coveted complex of Surfsong. Top-floor means everything in this complex. The elevator takes you from your gated, underground parking to your luxury top-floor 2-bedroom condominium that sleeps 5 (King Master, Queen Guest and Sofa Bed in LR). Not only do you have the best ocean views in Surfsong, but you also have vaulted ceilings and open air patio only available to top units. We recently added a retractable awning over the ocean view patio for great afternoon shade. Other recent upgrades include new flooring, counter tops, furniture, appliances... among others. The home includes high-speed WIFI, and new flatscreen TV's in each room. You have 2 garage spaces available to you in the gated and underground parking garage. In the garage cabinets you have boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Surfsong is by far the cleanest and most updated complex along the Solana Beach oceanfront bluff. Situated between a public beach access to the south and the Fletcher Cove Beach access to the north, you have excellent access to wide open sandy beaches. You are also within walking distance from just about everything you need including The Del Mar Racetrack, and all the shops restaurants cafes and pubs on Cedros Avenue and the Pacific Coast Highway! There is even the Solana Beach Train Station just a short walk away that can take you north to LA or south to see a San Diego Padres game! It just doesn't get any better than this!

Very clean Owner answered all questions promptly. One rhing that may be a nice add to the property is a screen on patio door to feel mpre comfortable to leave open at night to keep the unit from getting stuffy

My cousin and I had a blast at Guys place! The beach was great, the view from the deck was incredible, great family room. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen could use a few necessities and was a little bit bare. Pillows a bit lumpy but we had a wonderful week and didn’t want to leave! We hope to be back next year!
