Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und hat einen Aufzug. Es ist eine abgesperrt Anlage und sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin kam persönlich bei der Ankunft vorbei (sehr nett und hilfreich), was selten in Italien ist.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist für 2 Personen ideal. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr gut, das Badezimmer mit Badewanne (Badvorhang) ist großzügig. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf Gärten ist vorhanden. Restaurants und Lidl sind in der Nähe.
Das Parken war sehr einfach in der gegenüberliegenden Straße gibt es genügend Parkplätze (Kostenlos). Die Entfernung zum Bahnhof ca. 10 min, für Ausflüge nach Mailand etc.
In das Centro Storico sind es ca. 15 min, dort gibt es auch genügend Bars und Restaurants.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was the most beautiful apartment with everything you need for a few days away in Brescia. Such a clean well equipped apartment and lots of extra treats, coffee, milk which we really appreciated after our travels. Catia was a wonderful host and was always accommodating to all our needs. Fantastic location to shops, restaurants and train and bus station 5mins away. We absolutely loved the balcony and honestly we did not want to leave this beautiful property.
Everything was top marks, we just couldn’t find anything negative

Apartment is located in a well maintained block with a nice garden. Inside was clean, tidy and the kitchen well equipped. Good location only 10 minutes from the main train station and metro or 30 minute walk from Town centre. The host was very friendly and happy to help.
