Apartment on three levels in downtown Guilvinec, private courtyard with table and barbecue.
The space is very quiet thanks to double glazed windows; however, the area is very lively due to the two weekly markets that take place under the windows, the petanque field nearby, and the rear port.
The apartment is located above a shop of craftsmen.
Near the shops, a few hundred meters from the port of the center of discovery of the marine environment "Haliotika", 1 km from the beach of the White Strike, and a few hundred meters from the rocks of Men Meur (entrance to the port)

On the ground floor :
Entrance and shower (convenient when returning from the beach)
First floor :
- a very large living room with a sofa and a "BZ", kitchen, table 8 people, television, living room
- three bedrooms with double beds 140x190
- Bathroom, wc
Entrance by the courtyard of the shop, then independent entrance, with a flowery courtyard paved with slates; garden table and barbecue, shelter closed.
2nd floor:
- two bedrooms (optional, 25 euro per person and night)
- a very large and warm games and leisure room, with games table, weight machines, ping pong table, stereo, sea view

We booked the house on fewo-direkt. It worked fine except that some of the description was not translated correctly to German. It led to some misunderstanding with Sylvie but she managed it and we were super happy at the house. It was whether hers nor our fault. The house is clean, has everything you need and is at the excellent location. Don‘t miss to visit Sylvie‘s shop on the first floor.
