About this house rental
New furnished villa of 75 m2, located in a quiet place in the shade of olive trees and umbrella pines. It will seduce you with its architecture, its spaces, its interior and exterior qualities. Swimming pool 8 x 4 m heated to 30 °, equipped with a staircase across the width to enjoy even more. You will also have a petanque, parking and of course the outdoor lighting to extend your evenings.

It was a super stay : the hosts Raymond and Colbert were very hospitable and welcomed us with all kinds of cold drinks, showed us around and were so helpful, also during our stay if something came up: immediate answers and solutions. The house was beautifully clean and everything was there. Also the grounds with the swimming pool were superb. We had to leave vert early to be able to arrive in the Netherlands in a decent time. Also that was very nicely arranged, keeping the main porch open for us without delay. In one word: great!

We stayed here from 9th to 21st September 2024. My husband, myself and our Westie. Our son joined us for one week, in the middle, to celebrate his birthday.
The peace and quiet around the villa was just what we needed to relax and refresh. The villa has everything you need to 'make yourself at home'. The pool was very slightly heated whilst we were there which made it perfect for taking a dip when the sun became too warm.
There is a boules court, as well as a barbecue, both of which we used. Both bedrooms are fitted with excellent air conditioning units. The villa itself is a little way away (only a few minutes drive) from the main shopping area of Roquebrune-sur-Argens. We made a few trips out whilst there. We went to St Tropez, Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The furthest was roughly an hour and half drive away from the villa.
A few small things to note:
Although dogs under 10kg are welcome they are not permitted in the pool. We weren't aware of this until the owner left us a note a couple of days into our stay. We would check this when booking a villa in the future.
The WIFI is very patchy.
The downstairs bathroom did have a smell to it, we're guessing from the septic tank. We made sure the doors connected to this room were opened every morning to mitigate this.
We were bitten quite a bit in the evening and whilst sleeping by mosquitos. We found the maximum strength 'Jungle Formula' spray worked well to keep this at bay.
All in all we would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We visited this wonderful property in July (myself, husband, daughter age 10, son age 6). It was perfect for us! All the small niggles have been dealt with. The pool was the perfect temperature. There was air conditioning in the two bedrooms and the rest of the property didn’t need it. The garden/outside area was beautiful. We are looking to go back again next summer!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison propre et agréable. Néanmoins, nous avions réservé cette maison pour la piscine chauffée, annoncée à 30 degrés. Or malheureusement sur la semaine, la température de l’eau était entre 25 degrés au début du séjour et 23/22 degrés les 3 derniers jours.
