About this house rental
This lovely home for 5 people is located on the Versilia hills, just a few minutes from Monteggiori, a charming little medieval hamlet, and from the seaside.
The holiday home is located in a quiet position, and is surrounded by a wonderful garden, luxuriant in fruit plants, and above all with a breathtaking view over the coast and the sea. The Versilia beaches are at just 6.5 km of distance.
The house preserves the original country architecture, with terracotta tile flooring and wooden beam ceilings. The entrance, originally located on the front side and reachable through stairs, is now on the back side of the house and leads to the large kitchen with fire place, just for decoration, (oven, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine), Tv. From here you reach a double bedroom with a splendid view over the coast, and a staircase which leads to the upper floor, where there are two single beds and a single sofa bed. Bathroom with small bath/shower. Ca. 65sqm. Mosquito nets, barbecue. Wi Fi.
Nearest villages are Monteggiori (1.7km), and Capezzano Pianore (2km) where you can find shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. The beautiful town of Pietrasanta, seat of various art laboratories, is only 5 km away.
Viareggio 12km, Pisa and Lucca ca 30km.
Price includes gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels. Wi Fi.
Not included and to be paid on location:
Damage deposit € 150.
Final cleaning € 60.
Pet allowed € 50.
Tourist tax to be paid on site.

Verschlungen und versteckt im Hinterland. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um einen schönen Familienurlaub zu verbringen. Anfahrt letztes Stück etwas beschwerlich. Dafür wirklich idyllisch.

Compte tenu de la chaleur exceptionnelle en ce mois de juin, nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la maison rustique. Les petites fenêtres, toutes pourvues de moustiquaires, se ferment à l'ancienne avec une planche en bois. Le sol de cette ancienne ferme, pavé de briques garde son authenticité. Tous les matins et tous les soirs, nous avons pu profité de la superbe vue, grâce à une jolie terrasse. Elisabetta nous a reçu simplement et nous a généreusement offert des produits de la Toscane. Très belle expérience.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar ruhige und erholsame Woche in diesem schönen Rustico. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, fernab vom Trubel am Strand, der ist hier genau richtig!
Alles war sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden und draußen kann man in den Liegestühlen die herrliche Aussicht genießen. Das Bad ist sehr sauber, nur die Sitzbadewanne ist gewöhnungsbedürfig und etwas schwierig, wenn man stehend duschen möchte.

sehr schön gelegen, jedoch in der Innenausstattung teilweise zu sehr "rustiko", da einerseits beim oberen Schlafzimmer eine Tür fehlt und beim unteren Schlafzimmer die Tür an eine Stalltür mit Riegel erinnert.
Die Küchenausstattung etc. ist soweit okay. W-Lan musste alle drei Tage erneuert werden Der Parkplatz beim Haus ist nur etwas für kleinere Fahrzeuge. Dennoch haben wir uns trotz anfänglicher Hitze gut erholt.
