House is great, very nicely decorated, clean. Location is unbeatable, just in the city centre, close to restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries. There is also a parking space for guests. Communication with host was perfect - fast responses.
We visited at the end of December and was quite cold. There is just one heater for the entire space, which is not enough. There were no sheets for one of the beds but I only noticed late at night and decided not to call the host for this. Bathroom looked clean but floor was somewhat sticky.

The apartment is perfectly located, practically opposite the main square in the old town. The apartment is very tastefully and cozy decorated. WiFi works great, air conditioning works very well even at 38 degrees Celsius, parking is private, safe, in the yard. The apartment is equipped with all amenities, towels and cosmetics. The kitchen, although small, is suitable for preparing meals and is also very well equipped. In the same building, but at the front there is a bakery, and right next to it there are all kinds of restaurants, shops and points where you can easily buy a phone card, etc. Even though it is in the city center, it is quiet and green. It is worth staying here for a few days, visiting beautiful Subotica, intimate and atmospheric restaurants and cafes, and going to beautiful Palič. The owner was very nice, friendly and helpful. He knows English very well.
I have minor complaints about the ventilation, because it is poor and since there is only one roof window, it is difficult to exchange air. Tall people must also watch out for their heads because there are slopes, because this is an attic. The kitchen is very small and is more of a kitchen alcove, so although well-equipped, it is more suitable for reheating meals than for full preparation
