Location is very good - pretty close to the city center. A calm and nice area.
The level of cleanliness could be a bit better in all honesty, but nothing to really spoil the stay. Just an observation from someone who is pretty pedantic about things.

Хорошие апартаменты, хоть и не большие. Рядом много магазинов, до красивого исторического центра пять минут пешком. Супер.

I liked that host responded quickly and helped us to find the apartment. And it is conveniently located
The bedroom is absolutely stinking of mold and wet walls. I couldn’t sleep because of the stench.
There were hairs in the bathroom next to a used razor. Overall state of the apartment is questionable.
