The location was in a really quiet area. There was some construction site nearby but we didn't hear the noise as they didn't start until we were leaving to the beach.
There are 15 minutes to walk to the beach, but the best thing is that you walk through the main street where you can find everything you might need for the beach.
The house was very well equiped, there were also air conditioning and vents in all the rooms.
In the bathroom downstairs there is no ventilation and no window, this might be a small inconvenience, but it didn't affect our stay here.

- Spacious property, perfect for up to six people, with possibility to accommodate two or three more.
- Quiet neighbourhood, away from the crowds in the town and at the same close to the town centre (500 m) and the beach (700 m)
- Parking for two cars
- Have everything necessary for a short stay - air-conditioning, hot water, 3 TVs, well equipped kitchen, iron, hairdryers, barbeque, even backgammon :)
- Kind and helpful hosts
These are not cons, but just a clarification: there is only one bathroom, as the one on the ground floor is just a WC, and the bedroom on the ground floor is not air-conditioned (although it is not necessary, maybe).

The villa was perfect for a group of friends. It has 3 double bedrooms and sofas in the living room (inextensible).
It has a big yard (not our case, but it would be perfect for families with children) and 2 terraces (at ground and 1st floor).
It was clean and the kitchen was well equiped.
The center of Kallithea is about 10 minutes away (by foot). Near the property, at about 3-4 minutes away there is a bakery where you can eat a quick breakast and a supermarket.
The property has a parking area in the yard (aproximately 2 cars). But you can also park on the street in front of the villa.
You have 2 hairdryers, an ironer, a coffee filter machine and a sandwich maker.
Only 2 bedrooms have air conditioning (the ground floor bedroom doesn’t get so hot, so it’s not that bad, but an AC wouldn’t hurt).
Only one bathroom has a shower.
One of the bedrooms doesn’t have any closet so you don’t have where to put your clothes.
Some extra towels wouldn’t hurt.
