Property was well located and clean
Marks on items and some of the walls and flooring appears tired, No remote for air conditioner, tv did not pick up any channels, balcony outside felt unsafe. The people in the apartments next door where incredibly loud until the early hours of the morning, In and out of the apartment and slamming doors

Reasonably modern and comfortable. Reasonably accurate photos but unclear which room we would be in.
Lack of communication. I had requested to be able to contact the host due to some previous bad experiences. This was granted. However, the host sent only one message acknowledging the booking and asking for deposit to be paid. On frequent calls to the property, messages, WhatsApp messages there were no responses. This was disappointing. I had a issue with the oven which was not answered, I wanted to ask about parking but no answer and a few other minor issues were not addressed - tv / heating and others (finally found heating control tucked behind bed when leaving, but couldn't turn on during our stay); contact before and during would have been useful and reassuring.
It was an adequate stay, thankfully, and it was comfortable enough and no major issues, but the lack of communication added to stress.
