*Robert Livermore community center (public) a few blocks away with swimming pools, tennis courts, and recreation center.
*Walking distance to action packed downtown Livermore with many shops and restaurants.
*Walking distance to the outstanding Livermore public library.
*25 miles to either Oakland or San Jose Airport, 48 miles to San Francisco Airport.
*Del Valle Regional Park 9 miles away. Boating, hiking, camping etc.
*Queen sized tempurpedic type bed, with bedding and pillows.

I used it for an internship at a nearby national research institute. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly whenever I had any issues. The room is equipped with everything you need for daily living. The power of the IH heater is decent, and I was able to cook for myself every day. The family seems to have a fondness for motorcycles. I believe anyone would have a wonderful stay in this room.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. Maria was very responsive to my questions and needs. I felt safe here and studio was very clean. Bed was very comfy and accommodations were perfect!

Nancy's lovely suite was perfect for our stay in Livermore. We were visiting our son and his family, who lived only 5 minutes away. Nancy has provided everything.for her guests' comfort, from the relaxing sleeping accommodations to the nicely eqipuipped kitchen to the luxury shower. Maria, the on site host, was very responsive to our questions and needs. I'd like to think we'd have the opportunity for a return visit in the near future.
