The apartment offered here in our "apartment house river view", click the first floor right. It is a beautiful 3-room apartment, suitable for 3-7 people.
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath, you have a living room with a fold-out Doppelbett- sofa, and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed (1,40) and a bedroom with a large double bunk bed (sleeps 2 down / 1 sleeping place above ).
All beds are made up with sheets. 1 of 2 extra beds are possible.

Our "apartment house Louis" on the Ludwig Strasse 8 is very close to the Elbe and the Elbe Cycle Path in Dresden Center / Neustadt. The property is about 5 minutes walk from the Augustus Bridge and the old town center with Frauenkirche, Semper Opera House, Baroque district, Neumarkt, the Japanese Palace and all the main tourists attractions of Dresden removed. The congress center Dresden walk from the apartment comfortably in about 10 minutes walk across the bridge Marie. It is 3 minutes walk to the Neustadt train station. The revelers reach the countless bars, restaurants and shops of the Dresdner Neustadt with a short walk.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage in Dresden. Einfach Zug und Bahn zu erreichen. Nur in der Nacht laufe ich im Industrie Gebiet nicht allein rum.

Wir waren anlässlich des Autismus-Kongresses in Dresden und sind selbst Autisten. Für uns war vor allem die Lage wichtig (15 Min. zu Fuß zum Kongress) und die Ruhe, die ein Regenerieren möglich machte.

Buchung/ Abwicklung/ Hilfe: Top!
Lage: Zentrumsnah in industr. Umgebung, Nachts etwas laut(subektives Empfinden), Haus zieml. hellhörig (auch subjektives Empfinden)
Unterkunft: sehr geräumig, hell und sauber- Ausstattung rudimentär, und sagen wir mal sehr, sehr günstige Einrichtung. Jalousie im Bad zu kurz, Schlafräume können nicht verdunkelt werden. Küche ohne Toaster, ohne Herd, Fernseher funktionierte nicht-brauchten wir eh nicht.
