The apartment offered here are in the 3rd floor. It is a beautiful 3-room apartment, suitable for 3-7 people.

The property is about 5 minutes walk from the Augustus Bridge and the old town center with Frauenkirche, Semper Opera House, Baroque district, Neumarkt, the Japanese Palace and all the main tourists attractions of Dresden removed. The congress center Dresden walk from the apartment comfortably in about 10 minutes walk across the bridge Marie. It is 3 minutes walk to the Neustadt train station. The revelers reach the countless bars, restaurants and shops of the Dresdner Neustadt with a short walk.

Wohnung hat leider keine Dusche, nur Badewanne ohne Abtrennung.

Leider hatten wir kein Bestätigungsmail mit Ansprechpartner oder Kontaktdaten erhalten, so dass es vor Ort recht mühsam war, den Zugang zur Wohnung herauszufinden.
Auch der Wlan-Schlüssel musste extra erfragt werden.
Insgesamt günstig gelegene, ruhige und freundliche Wohnung. Ausstattung ausführlich, jedoch teilweise sehr einfache, defekte oder ältliche (Herd) Ausstattung.
Infomaterial oder ein paar Basic-Hinweise (nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Fahrpläne für ÖPNV u.ä. wären wünschenswert)
