Only one very small issue, the shower tray leaks - needs resealed at the corner.

Perfect location near to city walls for walking and central Lucca for visiting places of interest. The Guinigi Tower is just a minute away and can be seen from the apartment and terrace. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
Sometimes the music school practice sessions were intrusive but the majority of the time they were a pleasure.
