A really friendly welcome and quick check-in even though we didn't arrive until 2255. Very clean and warm room with a nice breakfast the next morning. Will definitely stay again when near Blackburn.
Also has a very large car park.

Stayed here for a business trip and only really selected it on price - cheapest. The rooms were ok, clean and had everything you needed. Not the nicest location, pub is quite busy, next to a a main road and very commercialised area. Mainly trade/business men staying here. Breakfast is pretty good for the price, but the evening menu isn’t great and food is adequate. Wouldn’t choose to stay here unless I’m short on options again.
