Good service from staff. Welcome tour is heartwarming. However, the sauna is a little bit disappointed. Needed to be naked which is not good for women . Also, the changing room from the swimming pool is not clearly stated man and woman. There is not enough shower facility in the changing room next to the swimming pool. So we need to go back room for shower.

Saas fee is such a less known location for summer locations.. glad i booked wallisherhof grand hotel, everything was impeccable right from checkin , spa , evening cakes , room , view and hospitality
The lady at the checkin was very warm , thanks again
Also saas tal card for summer just adds up to the perks
