I had the best time in Paris staying in this beautiful building. The staff were wonderful, and I would definitely come back here the next time I visit Paris.

We stayed at Villa M and had a very disappointing experience. The AC was broken on the first night, and the night receptionist was unhelpful — only offering a room change after we insisted. Instead of a twin room we booked, we were given a queen bed and told to just accept it. This was very inconvenient as two friends of different genders.
The next day, the staff didn’t know what happened and tried to charge us for both rooms. The new room was smaller than what we booked. They offered cakes as an apology, but the tray and cutlery were dirty so we couldn’t eat them. The hairdryer was also broken and smelled like burning — very unsafe.
Some staff were kind and tried their best, but overall the handling was poor and no one ever replied to my email complaint. Very disappointing for a hotel of this level. I hope they improve for future guests.

No information about the rooftop is closed online or social till check-in in person; disregarded complaints as if it is what it is and there is nothing staff would offer at minimum to ease frustrations.
