We have stayed at this hotel frequently when visiting our son who lives in the area. The White Horses is consistently impeccably clean, delivers excellent service and an amazing breakfast. We love our stays at this hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean and in a great location, but I booked a disabled room and then had to climb stairs to get to it. Not exactly accessible for the disabled! We had booked for dinner. Waited over an hour for our main course. Watching other people who came after us eating theirs. When we complained it came straight away and one of the meals was cold. We were offered a free breakfast for the trouble. Which we accepted. But I’m afraid the damage had already been done.
