If you value quick and easy valet service I would not recommend this hotel. Every time we needed our car, we would request the car through the app 10 minutes prior to needing it (like the valet told us) and still have to wait 10+ minutes again for the valet to either get out of their own vehicle to retrieve our car or come out of a break room. We were constantly having to ask security to find valet, rarely being able to call them on the radio. Aside from the valet, the king bedroom we prepaid for was “sold out” and we had to wait an extra 45 minutes past checking to get into our room after they told us it would only be 20 minutes and when we asked again, it was already ready, but no one told us. The rooms, hotel decor and vibes are amazing and felt so cozy. PS the room walls are quite thin so the neighbors conversations and other “activities” can be heard.
