Love this hotel,there are probably hotels with better facilities,but l doubt they have the wonderful friendly,efficient staff as here Great bar,games room,nice rooms,brillant locaton,nothing to dislike.

It was great location, just few negatives the bathroom light takes ages to go off as it’s automatic also we felt the room cold and we said to staff and they said heating comes on at a certain time about rubbish when your child Is telling u he’s really cold

We had a lovely stay at the lawton staff really friendly and kind. The room was clean comfortable beds but could of done with fans in the rooms as was really hot at night breakfast was fantastic filled us all up I would recommend this hotel if your going to blackpool attractions

Very run down .In need of a face lift.Had to ask to get room hoovered as there was a build up of dust round the entire edges of room .Could not see out window as they needed cleaned also.Also at breakfast asked for an extra sausage and an extra slice of bacon was told no but could pay an extra £3 to double my breakfast up..Very disappointing. On the good side staff were lovely and pleasant
