Got there early and 4 of the rooms was ready. And they kindly let us all have the keys to the rooms .nice staff a little out from main town but tram over the road every 15 to 20 min .nice buffet breakfast. .would definitely use again .

Nice hotel, clean, staff helpful and friendly
Good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed
Didn't have the breakfast as we slept in so can't comment on that
Prices in the bar similar to other hotels in the area
We would go again if we were back in Blackpool
