We decided to see another part of Cotswolds to our usual Broadway & Stow-on the Wold but found it too quiet. Should have chosen Burford or Cirencester. Fairford was picturesque but lacked any shopping or good restaurants. Hotel was definitely good value but we disliked having to go through the pub to the rooms. Breakfast wasn’t very tasty, took 30 mins even with pre-ordering and hardly any vegan options.
