    Here are bullet points of the stay - the guy at the front desk was not nice, he was abrupt and impatient - the deluxe room was uncomfortably tiny - no sink in the bathroom, you had to use the only one in the bedroom, yes sink in the bedroom - the ceiling had mold stains - cleaning staff were so lovely but you can't clean years of neglect - location was great but loud - you can tell this place use to be good 50 years ago, but the owners don't care so it is dilapidated. - they know they can charge a high price and give you crap - do not stay here

    The Bedford Regency is not stunningly luxurious, but it's everything I needed it to be. A spacious suite-like bedroom, comfortable bed, good wifi, good shower (water temp/pressure), all for less per night than I paid earlier in the week in downtown Vancouver. The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of downtown Victoria, and we simply had no major problems at all. I would definitely stay there again.

    My bed had a big indent because the box spring was falling through the frame. Toilet is continuously running. Lumpy mattress, poor sleep. Front desk was aware of this situation before I checked in. This room should not have been rented in its current state.
