Front desk staff were fantastic. Pleasant and helpful. The rooms were in excellent shape. I appreciate the complementary flip flops on the room. Convienient location. Walkable to many atractions. Highly recommend to others.

The staff were very accommodating. We remembered this property from years ago and looked forward to visiting again.
However when we arrived to check in, there was a staff strike and the restaurants & lounge, including dining lounge was not open! If we had known we would not have booked there. They said we could cancel but we had travelled already & did not want to have to search for another place.
