Stayed in November 2025. Room and toilet/bath was incredibly neat and clean. Check in was smooth. Lift was out of order on that day. Hotel is located where road ends. So first time travellers may get confused when navigation stops working. Hotel WiFi works completely fine, no Vodafone coverage. They have a lovely bar and restaurant. Checkout time is 10AM. Free parking for guests. During summer season, I believe there would be a lot to explore in and around.

The room almost looked new, it was so clean and tidy.
There was a lack of drawers and the rooms aren't huge, but nicely done with locally sources toiletries.
If you want to charge your car you'll need a charge Scotland card, which I didn't have or know about, which was a pain. I charged in fort William instead.
Great place for the bike trails and gondolas. However town and the main hiking path are 4-6 miles away
