    I have stayed here 3 times now and it is good value for money. Yes, it could do with decorating/upgrading but it is clean and comfortable in a great location.

    Great place to stay of you are passing through Oban or fancy a couple of cheap nights in a central location. Staff were lovely and the locals were good craic. Very basic place that's old and outdated, but if I wanted to stay at the Hilton then I would have. Would definitely stay here again

    Mixed feeling about the Clarendon Hotel. Well located, but parking is an issue - limited street parking - free 6pm-9am but 2hr limit during the day. Hotel is very run down. After the initial shock, it actually served us well, as we were able to find long term parking at the railway car park and were out sight seeing during the day. and were lucky to have a room with an ensuite attached. Budget for a very good reason.
