All good, buffet breakfast spread is great. Though a change of menu every few days will be good. Room has excellent view of the Eiger but of course I book the double premium. One of the only thing that really needs improvement is the pillow, far too soft.

We love our stay here. They have amazing view. And they have a small play room for children. Love it. Breakfast view is equally amazing

The hotel is placed very well and offers some nice facilities for wellness, lounge and dining. Unfortunately the pictures of the room are NOT true - the room looks much more 3-stars chalet level as you can see in my photos attached. Also, the pool was closed and not announced until we got there; the staff was nice to try to give us some complementary drinks but unfortunately our son was very disappointed and we had to spend 2 hours in the bath tub yo make up for the missing pool.

Good breakfast, room too small for 3 people. Christmas Eve the meat fundi was not good, they should put more meat buffet option, because not everyone eat it.
