Overall good experience
Things to note:
- 10th district - not comfortable to walk after sunset, many homeless and migrants. Trade-off for being close to Paris downtown
- room number #1 is next to entrance and coffee machine - noisy, may experience trouble sleeping
Staff is helpful, ac worked well, room was clean and spacious

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They now have a lot of people for the cleaning which means that the rooms are well maintained.
The location is perfect, close to 2 main train stations and with a lot of buses and metros walking distance.

It was our 3rd Christmas at StayCity Gare de l'Est. The staff helped us with all our demands, special kudos to Alexandre for the help with getting a parcel prior my arrival. Only downside this year was the bin management that is very confusing. And when staying more than 3 nights, it would be nice to get the towels collected. But overall, we will be back in 2025!
