Stay Exoress ticks all tbe boxes fir budget travelers. It's clean, well located near both the bus station and Old Town, quiet, safe area, no bugs, comfy bed, mini fridge and TV, all at a very low price for Vilnius. While my room was small, it's OK for a single person. If you have 2 or more people, just book a bigger room. Also the staff are excellent. I had a minor issue and they didn't just ignore it. They responded to it right away and went above & beyond the call of duty to solve it that day to my satisfaction.
Now if booking through Agoda, just know that Agoda masks their online check-in link that needs to be filled in. If you call Stay Express they do pick up and you can have them email the link to you directly (I did and received the access code the next day, no problem) OR I book with another online hotel platform.
