The reception staff is very accommodating and friendly. When it comes to cleanliness, it is NOT recommended especially their toilets. Not clean. Overall, it's 7/10.

The room is cold , it’s an autumn season so we actually need a heater but the heater don’t work. The bed is ok and comfortable but the toilet is terrible. It should be clean but it looks like no one is cleaning it regularly. The door handle is broken in one of the shower room and it smells bad in the toilet it just need a regular cleaning but the staff is warm and welcoming, that’s it was my very honest opinion just want you to do really well in cleaning especially on toilet.
